I am a local resident here in Molong, and I have four beautiful children, and one grandchild.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in early childhood and education and care, with 20 years' experience. My journey first started as an educator with Cabonne Family Day Care. During my eight years as an educator, I completed my Certificate III in Children’s Services along with my Diploma. I then started working at Molong Early Learning Centre as the Room Leader in the 0-3 year room, while studying my Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood.

My role as a leader first begun at Cabonne/Blayney family Day Care as a Coordinator. I mentored and directed over twenty six educators during my four and half years as their leader. Then I was rewarded as the Director at Molong Early Learning Centre.

As the Director of Molong Early Learning Centre for five years, I have had the privilege of guiding a vibrant team of twenty-three dedicated staff members. During this time, I completed my Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Disability to deepen my understanding and enhancing our collective ability to support all children.

I look forward in building strong relationships with the children and build a team of educators, who deliver high quality Early Childhood Education and Care to all children who attend our service.
